Provides technical administration and support for Yardi Voyager and RentCafe, including system configuration, user support, troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, integrations, testing, upgrades, documentation, and process improvements. The role supports Affordable Housing compliance data for HUD and LIHTC programs, uses SQL and Yardi ETL, collaborates with stakeholders on enhancements, and contributes to training and user adoption.

The trainee develops operational and team leadership skills for future Operations Leader opportunities and may need to relocate after completing the program.
