The Strategic Account Executive sells SailPoint’s Identity Security solution to strategic enterprise accounts. Sell SailPoint’s identity security solutions to strategic enterprise accounts. Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, forecasting, and closing. Develop territory, account, opportunity, marketing, and channel plans; exceed revenue quotas; maintain Salesforce and Clari accuracy; and coordinate virtual teams of partners, presales, professional services, deal desk, marketing, and customer success resources. The role requires approximately 50% business travel.

Lead Circle’s creative direction and narrative across product launches, campaigns, advertising, landing pages, partnerships, video, events, and brand experiences. Partner closely with founders, design, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to create distinctive, high-performing work. Develop creative concepts, briefs, scripts, messaging, and campaign direction while raising creative standards through influence, collaboration, and deep understanding of the product, customers, and market.

Build Circle’s social and media function by executing platform-native content strategies, producing and editing short-form video, managing content calendars and capture workflows, and partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams. Lead the strategic and operational direction of a specialized casualty claims team managing severe-exposure portfolios. Oversee claims managers, complex litigation, coverage strategy, reserves, settlements, legal vendors, and portfolio analytics. Owns post-offer onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness. Coordinates background checks, drug testing, motor vehicle reviews, documentation, training, travel, equipment, system access, and uniforms. Engages candidates, tracks milestones, resolves start-date risks, maintains audit-ready records, and partners with recruiters, hiring managers, Compliance, DOT, Training, IT, and other teams. Provides procedural guidance and supports workflow improvements, operational efficiency, and a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Develop and optimize AI and machine learning algorithms, models, and scalable Python systems. Transform raw data into actionable insights, apply machine learning libraries and NLP techniques, improve data quality, and deliver automation solutions for clients. Collaborate with partners, sales engineering, and internal teams to position Nasunis platform for hybrid cloud storage, resiliency, and AI-ready data strategies while maintaining CRM discipline and forecast accuracy.
