Own submissions, certification, and age-rating workflows; coordinate with development, localization, marketing, and platform partners; build and maintain release schedules; advise on platform compliance and feature approvals to deliver timely, high-quality patches and content updates.

Design and develop engaging online/hybrid course content using adult learning theory. Partner with subject-matter experts, map content to master outcomes, create assessments, select materials, and meet aggressive launch timelines while collaborating with editors and multimedia specialists.

Create and manage digital, print, video, and marketing design assets across multiple brands and channels. Investigate suspicious activity across cryptocurrency kiosks and digital platforms; review transaction-monitoring alerts; conduct KYC, CDD, and sanctions screening; prepare SARs; trace transactions with blockchain analytics tools; communicate findings to regulators and auditors; monitor AML/BSA compliance; identify control gaps; report risk trends; and recommend program improvements.
