Leads a geographically dispersed team of University Development Counselors responsible for driving territory growth, generating student inquiries, and supporting enrollment. Manage a caseload of subrogation claims: identify recovery opportunities, prepare demands and documentation, negotiate with attorneys and carriers, document actions, and maintain claim diaries while ensuring professional communication.
