Corporate Counsel will provide legal guidance on corporate governance, entity management, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, privacy, HIPAA, employment, intellectual property, and commercial matters. The role partners with the Chief Privacy Officer on healthcare data protection, privacy programs, incident analysis, and business associate arrangements.
