Senior legal operator working with the CLO to execute and scale legal systems. Lead contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, CLM, governance, equity administration, employment matters, international coordination, outside counsel, legal research, and proactive compliance solutions while partnering cross-functionally with leadership and finance.
