The Senior Employee Benefits Sales Representative will sell employee benefits products, build relationships with clients, meet sales goals, and develop tailored solutions for clients' needs.

The Actuary performs risk assessments, analyzes claims and demographics, builds predictive models, and monitors market trends to manage financial risks for the company.

Support procurement by sourcing materials and services, issuing RFQs and POs, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor records and compliance, coordinating with project teams, verifying invoices, and assisting with returns and warranty claims.

Own full sales cycle, manage pipeline, build stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional solutioning, support onboarding, and represent the company at regional events. Manage full HR lifecycle for a manufacturing plant: recruit, onboard, train, administer HR policies and performance reviews, support employee relations and investigations, ensure FLSA and safety compliance, enter HRIS/payroll data, lead employee listening sessions, and support union avoidance and accident reporting.

Perform EPR data collection, validation, reconciliation, and reporting across systems (RMO, WasteWorks, billing). Prepare monthly and annual submission-ready datasets, support audits, maintain documentation, improve reporting processes, and collaborate with operations, IT, and finance.

Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping), manage staff and KPIs, support P&L forecasting and labor planning, enforce safety and quality standards, resolve escalations, use WMS and inventory systems, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive continuous process improvements to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
