Manage full-cycle recruiting for legal and other roles: partner with hiring managers, develop targeted sourcing strategies, identify active and passive candidates, present employer value proposition, coordinate interviews and new-hire onboarding, maintain ATS records, advise on market and offers, and share recruiting best practices.
