Administer and integrate Linux servers and enterprise applications, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backups, storage, filesystems, logging, and lifecycle management. Designs and implements Jamf-based MDM, zero-touch deployment, security, and automation solutions; develops Bash and PowerShell scripts; resolves escalated incidents; supports large, multi-site environments; contributes to architecture, disaster recovery, and process improvement; and provides on-call support.

Administers hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, identity and access management, endpoints, backup and recovery, communications, and endpoint security. Provides advanced technical support, enforces data protection and compliance policies, evaluates automation and AI tools, and executes technology improvement projects. Independently prioritizes work, assesses technical risks, and recommends secure, reliable infrastructure solutions.

Lead a team to develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for automated deployment and configuration of Kubernetes-based multi-site microservice applications. Debug deployment/configuration issues, manage on-site and airgapped Kubernetes clusters, implement secure coding and automation, mentor engineers, integrate components, support test/integration activities, and use AI tools to accelerate deployments and troubleshooting.

Design, architect, and implement Azure cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS); assess and migrate workloads and Entra AD to Azure; create design documentation and runbooks; automate tasks with PowerShell and IaC; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support transition to operations.

Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, scalability and recoverability. Oversee networks, servers, phone systems, DR/BCP, patching, monitoring, automation, SLAs, and stakeholder alignment while building the infrastructure team and service catalog.

The Senior Platform Engineer will manage and enhance the platform's infrastructure, focusing on running autonomous agents securely and efficiently in cloud environments, while ensuring compliance and reliability.
