The Senior Platform Engineer will design, develop, and scale core systems for an AI-driven analytics platform, focusing on performance and customer impact.

Implement and support infrastructure solutions including network, server, security, and collaboration systems while consulting on projects and interim assignments.

Responsible for maintaining and evolving production infrastructure, ensuring compliance, improving system reliability, and supporting strategic customers with deployment challenges.

The DevOps Engineer 1 will support the infrastructure environment and resources, manage code delivery, and maintain applications on hybrid cloud. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, product rollouts, and managing workflows in an Agile environment.

Lead design and implementation of shared, highly available cloud platform services: Kubernetes platforms, CI/CD, event-driven messaging, observability, service mesh, relational DB as-a-service, automation in Go/Python, multi-region cloud optimizations, and on-call support.

Support and build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and internal developer tooling. Write scripts and IaC, collaborate onsite to debug, participate in code reviews, and improve monitoring, observability, and developer workflows.

Lead and own the companys technology ecosystem and operational infrastructure; design and govern platforms, workflows, and data architecture; drive system strategy, adoption, integration, and optimization; partner with operations to embed systems in daily execution; scale technology while preserving client personalization and service quality.

Design, build, and operate partner platform infrastructure including data ingestion pipelines, DAG processing, public APIs, webhook delivery, and sandbox environments. Drive partner-facing product and developer tooling, collaborate across teams to prioritize features and experiments, and own initiatives from design through production to improve reliability, scalability, and real-time partner integrations.

Ownership of platform reliability and performance at scale: optimize Postgres latency, improve observability and incident response, build scalable infrastructure patterns, and define long-term infrastructure roadmap in partnership with product and engineering leaders.

Build, operate, and scale AWS-based infrastructure using IaC (Terraform), manage EKS and serverless environments, create CI/CD pipelines, implement observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/New Relic), support Postgres/RDS (Aurora), lead incident response and define SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs/error budgets).
