Collaborate across engineering teams, provide technical guidance and mentoring, support compliance readiness, and own reliability initiatives from design through production.

Configure, implement, monitor, and administer desktop, client management, Microsoft, network, and infrastructure systems. Provide second-level support for Office 365 services, manage switches and wireless access points, maintain device and software licensing documentation, coordinate equipment vendors, and collaborate with security teams to protect client systems. Participate in on-call escalation support and occasional travel.

Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for AI platforms, including LLMs, vector databases, model inference, agentic systems, and predictive analytics. Design, deploy, and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure for Ping Identity’s mission-critical services. Build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines, support cloud security and observability, evaluate technologies, participate in planning and on-call rotations, and help improve engineering practices. Collaborate across development and operations teams while sharing expertise and supporting distributed production systems.
