Lead the cloud infrastructure and developer platform team to define and execute strategy for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, and shared services. Drive large-scale infrastructure projects emphasizing reliability, scalability, security, cost optimization, and operational excellence. Establish processes, ownership models, incident management practices, and technical standards. Partner across Product, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Exec leadership to prioritize investments and recruit, mentor, and retain engineering leaders and senior ICs.

Deploys, troubleshoots, and maintains Elasticsearch, Redis, and other production databases on Kubernetes platforms. Designs configuration management strategies for air-gapped networks, supports GitOps adoption, hardens databases to NIST security controls, and develops monitoring capabilities. Collaborates with systems, software, security, architecture, operations, and integration teams on platform architecture, documentation, Agile planning, and issue resolution.

Build and operate Aurora’s cloud infrastructure and developer platform. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes upgrades, developing developer-facing tooling, operating Kubernetes services, improving development velocity, and collaborating across teams to gather requirements and advance platform projects.

Owns the build, hardening, patching, configuration, and lifecycle management of enterprise operating-system and platform infrastructure. Leads major incidents, root-cause analysis, change control, service improvement, and technical escalations. Identifies and scales AI and automation for incident triage, runbook execution, predictive monitoring, and reduced MTTR. Provides solution designs, implementation plans, standards, documentation, stakeholder influence, team mentoring, vendor coordination, and AI governance.

Own Onos Health’s production infrastructure, including AWS architecture, multi-region disaster recovery, backups, monitoring, SLOs, incident response, SOC 2 and HIPAA controls, Terraform, CI/CD, preview environments, and AI-agent deployment guardrails. Establish platform strategy, reliability practices, security automation, audit evidence, and on-call operations as the company’s first dedicated infrastructure hire. The role also requires technical leadership, delegation, and communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and scale control- and data-plane infrastructure for distributed AI workloads. Improve reliability, performance, scheduling, and observability for Ray clusters across cloud and on-prem environments. Support accelerator integration, container image management, and provide on-call troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration.

Provides technical leadership for site reliability and operational development. Designs automated, repeatable cloud and infrastructure solutions; monitors service objectives and business metrics; improves application resiliency, performance, efficiency, and cost. Builds monitoring, deployment, testing, and vulnerability-response automation while supporting mission-critical production systems. Collaborates with software, security, product, and business teams, conducts technical training and resilience exercises, and promotes sound development, change-management, and operational practices.

Own and expand Accord’s multi-cloud infrastructure, initially deploying and operating the platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Responsibilities include Kubernetes, networking, cloud abstractions, observability, reliability, security, scalability, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, release and testing infrastructure, developer environments, and internal tooling. The role also owns the engineering platform and drives complex infrastructure projects from design through production while collaborating closely with the engineering team.
