Combine people leadership (1:1s, planning, coaching) with hands-on work: autoscaling, EKS upgrades, controller/operator patterns, IaC (Terraform/Helm/ArgoCD), observability, security policies, service discovery/mesh, and piloting AI-assisted support to improve developer experience and platform reliability.
