The Data Analyst will provide data solutions, build data pipelines, develop visualizations, ensure data integrity, and stay updated on analytics trends for a Department of War client.

Senior BI/reporting role focused on LTSS & Dual Eligible programs. Develop ETL pipelines, complex reports, and interactive Power BI/Tableau dashboards; perform advanced data modeling, analysis, and governance to drive operational and clinical improvements.

Lead GTM analytics for Sales Operations: build and maintain dashboards, run SQL analyses on pipeline/booking/territory/productivity, improve Salesforce data quality, document metrics, support forecasting and ad-hoc GTM analysis, and leverage AI tools to automate and accelerate insights for GTM leadership.

Lead translation of complex mortgage servicing business needs into scalable data and technology solutions. Perform business and data analysis, create user stories and system specifications, lead data mapping and system conversions, validate data models, support ETL/ELT and reporting, and collaborate with product, data engineering, architects, and software teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

Partner with sales to design and present scalable Databricks Lakehouse architectures. Consult on big data pipelines, data engineering, and ML projects, validate integrations, build demos and reference architectures, and act as a trusted technical advisor to grow platform adoption and deliver production solutions.
