Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, pipelining, and hiring high-volume fulfillment center talent. Manage candidate experience, ATS workflows, campus recruiting, reference checks, metrics tracking, and HRIS/Time & Attendance implementations.

Serve as first-line HR support at a fulfillment center: onboard new hires, conduct orientations, audit employment documentation, manage timekeeping and payroll corrections, maintain confidential employee records, support HR partners and site leadership, and plan HR engagement events.

Manage end-to-end leave of absence and accommodation cases, advise team members on eligibility and documentation, coordinate with third-party administrators and internal partners, conduct ADA interactive processes, support return-to-work and pre-employment accommodations, and maintain confidential records using HR systems.

Provide HR administrative support including new-employee orientations, absenteeism tracking, time/punch and payroll adjustments, employee file maintenance and audits, policy drafting and communications, HRIS data entry, and other HR duties as assigned. Serve as employee first point-of-contact.
