Maintain People team content in Confluence, operate the ticketing desk, coordinate onboarding sessions, and collaborate with Workplace, IT, People Services, Payroll, and hiring leads to ensure compliant, efficient employee experiences.

Lead regional payroll operations for APAC: manage payroll runs, serve as approval authority, oversee vendors and SLAs, ensure compliance, drive audits and risk mitigation, run root-cause analysis, and lead payroll projects while partnering with Tax, Finance, and People Operations.

Designs and delivers onboarding and leadership programs, conducts learning needs analysis, partners with regional teams to execute learning strategy, maintains global learning calendar, drives engagement, coaches/mentors staff, owns local product data and content updates, and provides data-driven insights to stakeholders to improve talent development initiatives.

Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies, source engineering talent, build talent relationships, and deliver positive end-to-end candidate experiences. Partner with hiring teams on onboarding, talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and data-driven hiring improvements. Collaborate with Employer Brand, Marketing, and People teams on recruitment campaigns, events, and scalable global processes, with a focus on the São Paulo market.

Supports People Operations across the APAC region, including onboarding, offboarding, work visa documentation, Workday updates, payroll support, benefits administration, employee queries, process documentation, and service desk management. Coordinates relocation logistics, onboarding sessions, equipment access, health checks, business trip tracking, and work pass renewals while contributing to local and global operational excellence projects.

Lead strategic recruitment for Product and Engineering teams across technical disciplines, including software engineering, product management, data science, DevOps, and security. Build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, improve candidate experiences, conduct talent mapping and compensation benchmarking, and partner with technical leadership. Use recruiting data to optimize scalable processes and mentor or manage junior recruiters and sourcers.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for global Payment and Product Operations, driving people strategy, talent planning, org design, employee engagement, DEI, ER support, and data-driven insights across multiple locations.

Lead design and rollout of compensation initiatives and total rewards strategy. Benchmark pay across functions and locations, build pay structures and guidelines, run annual salary and budgeting cycles, deliver reward projects, advise leaders on market pricing and role evaluations, monitor competitive trends, and create communications to educate leaders and employees.
