Job Description

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization. You will facilitate leadership and onboarding programs, design and execute targeted learning strategies, and drive engagement in global learning initiatives. Collaborating with regional teams, you will ensure seamless training delivery and maintain a comprehensive global learning calendar. Additionally, you will conduct learning needs analysis and provide data-driven insights for stakeholders. You will serve as a local point of contact for core products, ensuring data integrity and regular content updates. Your role will require strong project management, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and adaptability. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong ability to navigate change and apply data-driven insights for impactful learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Facilitation

  • Facilitator of Company Onboarding 

  • Secondary facilitator of Leadership Development programs

  • Delivers offsites in location where suitable

Learning Partnering

  • Responsible for development and execution of learning strategy at the squad level

  • Conducts Learning Needs Analysis 

  • Provide data and insights during MBRs and QBRs for relevant stakeholders on all learning activities of supported group(s)

  • Work with regional teams to ensure training delivery in supported locations

  • Maintain global learning calendar for supported assignment(s)

  • Drive engagement for global learning initiatives within supported assignment(s). 

Coaching and Mentoring

  • Support coaching and mentoring requests for region

  • Coach and mentor new team members

Product Ownership

  • Serve as local POC for core product

  • Ensure proper data hygiene for products at regional level

  • Ensure regular cadence of content updates and program enhancements as needed

Core skills

  • Strong proficiency in project management and design thinking.

  • Consultative approach to problem-solving, applying data-driven insights to create tailored solutions.

  • Confidence in interpreting data and producing data-led, visually compelling presentations.

  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

  • Adept at stakeholder management, communicating effectively with diverse teams to encourage collaboration.

  • Strong facilitation skills

Qualifications

Key attributes

  • At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the area.

  • Aware of important developments within the business and industry trends relating to people and organisational development.

  • Strategic mindset in developing talent initiatives, understanding the bigger picture and how individual actions fit into the broader suite of talent development services.

  • Comfortable navigating uncertainty and rapid change; adaptable to evolving business needs.

  • Proactive and self-starting, anticipating potential challenges or opportunities and proposing solutions.

  • Willingness to contribute beyond one’s own role, collaborating with colleagues to achieve collective objectives.

  • Enthusiasm for collecting, processing, and applying data to streamline workflows and drive successful team projects.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for high-quality, visually appealing deliverables.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not fully remote (minimum 3 days at office). You must be able to commute to the office or open to relocation.

Skills Required

  • 4 to 5 years relevant experience in talent development or L&D
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Design thinking experience
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills (onboarding, leadership programs)
  • Ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis and interpret data to produce insights and presentations
  • Stakeholder management and consultative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with product/content ownership and maintaining data hygiene
  • Ability to work hybrid in São Paulo (minimum 3 days/week) and commute or be open to relocation
