Provide HR guidance and support to team members, team leaders and managers at Magna Exteriors Brownstown. Handle complaint resolution, corrective actions, investigations, recruiting backup, new-hire orientation and HRIS implementations (Workday/Dayforce). Process tuition reimbursement and unemployment claims, track compliance training, support events, and perform other HR tasks as required.

Support HR programs and policies at the corporate office, advising on employee relations, performance management, compensation and promotions, onboarding/offboarding, and HR systems (Workday, Dayforce). Lead performance and goal-setting processes, ensure data accuracy and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement engagement and HR policies that foster a positive workplace culture.

Process and maintain accurate payroll for German locations within a Shared Service Center: manage SAP HCM master data, handle payroll tax and social security issues, coordinate with external advisors and local HR/finance, prepare statutory reporting and HR reports, support audits, and drive payroll process improvements and projects.
