Designs, delivers, and evaluates training and organizational development programs for plant employees. Onboards new hires, coaches managers, measures culture/team effectiveness, supervises training staff, and promotes continuous improvement.

Provide frontline technical support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, assist with system configurations, testing, documentation, training, and respond to tickets for Canadian and US payroll/HR practitioners.

Lead and execute change management strategies for large-scale transformations. Drive stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communication, training, KPI tracking, and sponsor coaching to ensure adoption and mitigate resistance across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.

Provide secretarial, clerical, and general administrative support to the HR department; complete project-type assignments; arrange meetings and appointments; take meeting notes and assist with varied HR administrative duties.

Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and employee engagement activities: recruit and onboard candidates, run employer branding and recruitment marketing, create social media content, use ATS/HRIS and MS Office, coordinate engagement initiatives, and manage multiple HR projects.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across Europe: workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and stakeholder relationship building to ensure a positive candidate experience.
