The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Administración del capital humano y de los servicios al personal mediante un sistema de gestión de personal a través de la aplicación y cumplimiento del Reglamento Interior de Trabajo, Contrato Colectivo de Trabajo así como las Políticas y Procedimientos Internos en conjunto con la Ley Federal del Trabajo con la finalidad de generar un ambiente laboral sano y disciplinado así como incidir en el cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas operacionales, prevención de riesgos laborales, retención y motivación del personal.
