Leads a global team of People Partners, advises senior leaders on employee relations, organizational health, performance, change, and growth, and owns the people-partnering strategy. Oversees global talent and compensation programs, develops scalable HR frameworks and playbooks, drives AI-enabled HR workflows, partners with HR Centers of Excellence, and mitigates compliance risks across geographies.

Serve as the dedicated People Partner for Go-to-Market teams across APJ, providing hands-on manager coaching, employee relations and case management, performance and change management, manager development, and cross-functional HR program delivery. Drive local compliance, collaborate with global People teams, and design AI-enabled HR tools and scalable processes to improve manager enablement and HR service delivery.

Lead HR for the Tel Aviv site, manage the local HR team, partner with local leaders and global People COEs, handle employee relations and Israeli labor law, drive manager development, performance and compensation processes, and implement AI-enabled HR tools to scale people operations and engagement.
