The Senior Human Resources Programs Manager will lead HR transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance the Team Member experience through strategic partnerships and continuous improvement methodologies.

Manage and develop learning operations for a distribution center: lead learning coordinators and trainers, design and deliver training programs, conduct train‑the‑trainer and leadership sessions, coordinate training across shifts, identify learning gaps with Operations, and maintain cross‑functional communication.

Lead end-to-end executive compensation strategy and administration: analyze market data and large datasets, prepare recommendations and materials for senior leadership and governance (Proxy, Compensation Committee), track short-term incentive metrics with Finance, manage vendors, improve processes, and develop compensation communications and education for stakeholders.

Provide HR administrative support onsite: conduct new hire orientations, audit time-off and payroll, process punch/payroll adjustments, maintain employee files, initiate screenings, update policies, and serve as first point-of-contact for employee HR issues.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding, orientations, I-9 completion and audits, time and attendance/payroll adjustments, employee file maintenance, HRIS entry, policy documentation, and local HRBP support.

Lead design and execution of executive talent programs across the executive lifecycle. Build onboarding, development, coaching, succession, and governance frameworks; partner with HR and business leaders to drive executive readiness, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Lead strategy, governance, and administration of leave, disability, accommodation, and PTO programs. Manage vendor relationships, drive complex cross-functional initiatives, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA/local requirements, implement process improvements, deliver executive reporting, and coach HR and business leaders to improve scalability and Team Member experience.

Lead the transformation of HR operations, focusing on strategic implementation and process improvement while managing the HR Operations Programs team and collaborating across functions.

Serve as first-line HR support at a fulfillment center: onboard new hires, conduct orientations, audit employment documentation, manage timekeeping and payroll corrections, maintain confidential employee records, support HR partners and site leadership, and plan HR engagement events.

Partner with customer care leaders to manage talent lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, data-driven coaching, and HR program implementation to improve engagement and retention.
