The Senior Human Resources Programs Manager will lead HR transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and enhance the Team Member experience through strategic partnerships and continuous improvement methodologies.

Manage and develop learning operations for a distribution center: lead learning coordinators and trainers, design and deliver training programs, conduct train‑the‑trainer and leadership sessions, coordinate training across shifts, identify learning gaps with Operations, and maintain cross‑functional communication.

Lead end-to-end executive compensation strategy and administration: analyze market data and large datasets, prepare recommendations and materials for senior leadership and governance (Proxy, Compensation Committee), track short-term incentive metrics with Finance, manage vendors, improve processes, and develop compensation communications and education for stakeholders.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding, orientations, I-9 completion and audits, time and attendance/payroll adjustments, employee file maintenance, HRIS entry, policy documentation, and local HRBP support.

On-site full-cycle staffing recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-volume entry-level candidates for a Houston fulfillment center. Manage ATS workflows, partner with hiring managers, track metrics, maintain candidate experience, build talent pipelines, and improve recruitment processes.

Lead design and execution of executive talent programs across the executive lifecycle. Build onboarding, development, coaching, succession, and governance frameworks; partner with HR and business leaders to drive executive readiness, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Provide HR administrative support including onboarding/orientations, attendance and payroll adjustments, file maintenance, drug and background screenings, policy writing and communication, and serve as first point-of-contact for employee HR issues during a night shift schedule.

Lead strategy, governance, and administration of leave, disability, accommodation, and PTO programs. Manage vendor relationships, drive complex cross-functional initiatives, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA/local requirements, implement process improvements, deliver executive reporting, and coach HR and business leaders to improve scalability and Team Member experience.

Provide HR administrative support including new hire orientation, absence and payroll adjustments, employee file maintenance, background/drug screenings, policy documentation, HRIS data entry, and general HR duties as assigned.

Act as strategic HR partner to business leaders: coach managers, drive talent and leadership development, manage performance and employee relations, support org design and workforce planning, analyze people data, and implement retention and engagement programs.
