Leads onboarding and ongoing training for Customer Service Representatives through virtual or onsite facilitation, coaching, call-quality evaluation, classroom management, and performance feedback. Maintains training records, uses data and quality metrics to improve learner outcomes, supports corrective actions, coordinates with business partners, and contributes to learning, product, and process improvement projects.

Lead end-to-end executive compensation strategy and administration: analyze market data and large datasets, prepare recommendations and materials for senior leadership and governance (Proxy, Compensation Committee), track short-term incentive metrics with Finance, manage vendors, improve processes, and develop compensation communications and education for stakeholders.

Lead design and execution of executive talent programs across the executive lifecycle. Build onboarding, development, coaching, succession, and governance frameworks; partner with HR and business leaders to drive executive readiness, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Lead HR for a fulfillment center, managing performance, employee relations, onboarding, benefits, compensation, safety, and talent development while partnering with leadership to improve retention and employee experience.

Provide HR administrative support including new-hire orientation, HRIS entry, time and payroll adjustments, employee file maintenance, drug/background screening coordination, policy/document drafting, absenteeism tracking, and general HR duties. Serve as first point-of-contact for employee HR questions and work a flexible schedule.

Lead enterprise talent management strategy and multi-year priorities. Design, pilot, implement, and scale talent practices that improve assessment, development, deployment, and retention. Partner with senior HR and business leaders, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, integrate AI and automation, establish success metrics, and translate organizational trends into actionable enterprise insights and recommendations.

Leads Talent Management system strategy and Lattice configuration, customization, enablement, change readiness, and continuous improvement. Partners with HRBPs, Talent Management teams, business leaders, and Talent Technology to prioritize enhancements, translate business needs into solutions, launch new capabilities, and train stakeholders on platform use and talent processes.
