As a Senior People Business Partner, you will support leaders in Mexico City and LatAm by providing strategic people support, driving engagement, and managing local HR operations.

Partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into talent and organizational priorities. Lead workforce planning, org design, succession, employee relations, change management, and people analytics. Provide executive coaching, drive enterprise HR initiatives, and develop People team members to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture across a global matrixed organization.

The People Business Partner will collaborate with Tokyo leaders to drive talent strategies, engagement, and operational support while ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Partner with UK & France leaders as a trusted HR advisor to deliver day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, drive engagement, coach leaders, support onboarding/offboarding and employee relations, collaborate cross-functionally, and evolve people programs to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Lead People strategy and partnership work for Crunchyroll: advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management; diagnose complex org challenges; build executive recommendations, presentations, and data-driven workforce insights; partner with People and business leaders to drive People transformation and succession planning.
