Provide end-to-end HR shared services across the employee lifecycle for North and South America, handling onboarding/offboarding, benefits and leave administration, HR systems updates, and compliance. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to resolve employee queries, meet service level commitments, and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
