Manage pipelines, train new hires, resolve escalations, run projects end-to-end, analyze data, and align department goals with company objectives while fostering a positive team culture.

Provide advanced functional support for the CCMS platform: monitor and resolve incidents, maintain documentation and knowledge base, coordinate UAT, create and execute test scenarios, validate fixes, develop training and user communications, and liaise between business and technical teams for continuous improvement.
