The Staffing Business Developer will manage the sales cycle, identify new business opportunities, develop strategic plans, build relationships, and present tailored proposals.

Apply brand standards across brands, support technical content creation with subject-matter experts, manage multiple projects to deadline, and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events.

Provide financial consulting to members and prospects by recommending investment and insurance solutions, administering and documenting accounts per regulatory standards, prospecting and growing a book of business, conducting seminars and events, partnering with wealth advisors, executing securities transactions, monitoring account performance, and supporting audits and compliance with FINRA, NASAA, and SEC rules.

Provide project and office administration for one or multiple projects: prepare reports, proposals, correspondence, meeting notes, presentations, and client contact records; schedule meetings; support project managers and leaders; perform scanning/copying/filing; maintain meeting spaces and assist with special projects under general supervision.

Lead onboarding of new nonprofit clients, perform accounting clean-up, manage AR/AP and general ledger, prepare month-end close and financial statements, track restricted funds, support audits and 990 filings, assist with grant reporting, and support cash flow, budgets, and client reporting under controller guidance.

Build relationships with business owners and decision makers to sell PEO HR solutions. Research client needs, present tailored proposals, manage pipeline in CRM, move prospects through sales process, close deals, and coordinate with internal teams while staying current on industry trends.
