Lead and scale the Americas Customer Experience organization (Customer Success and Technical Account Management). Drive retention, adoption, and expansion through regional strategy, cross-functional alignment, executive escalation, and operational excellence. Own GRR/NRR, CSAT, talent development, and ensure customer voice informs product and support.

Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems in Go to ingest, process, and analyze file-based threat data. Work across storage, message queues, APIs, and data pipelines; improve reliability, observability, and performance; and integrate AI-augmented development practices with security researchers and engineers.

Support migration of federal applications into CyberArk and AWS Secrets Manager by assessing environments, documenting service and application accounts, identifying dependencies, refining Jira stories, and assisting implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of privileged access and secret management integrations across application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.

Drive revenue by bridging sales and marketing: develop sales collateral, playbooks, training, and regional GTM campaigns; support field events and sales coaching; define activation strategy, KPIs, and analytics; measure enablement ROI and iterate with product marketing and sales leadership.
