Lead marketing systems, processes and data to scale B2B demand generation. Own HubSpot architecture, campaign setup, lead scoring, AI-driven reporting, data hygiene, lead routing, and integrations. Partner with Demand Gen, Sales/BDR and RevOps to align measurement, attribution and automation while evaluating AI tools to accelerate insights and operations.

Build and maintain scalable cloud data pipelines and governance to support analytics across claims, EHR, and real-time patient data. Deploy and operate Snowflake/dbt/AWS-based infrastructure, enable real-time analytics, partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams, and deliver insights that inform care delivery, payer collaboration, and business decisions.

Process AP transactions (Non-PO and PO/3-way match), guide AP team, complete vendor reconciliations, support month-end close, ensure SOX and policy compliance, document procedures, handle vendor/internal correspondence, research and resolve issues, and perform ad hoc analysis and projects to support the accounting department.

Manage end-to-end annuity new business transactions including complex case processing, application entry, requirements management, funding, issuance, and contract delivery.
