Participates in a 12–18 month sales training program focused on corrugated packaging, customer service, sales performance, professional development, and preparation for an Account Executive role. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, reviewing progress with the Sales Manager, developing business ideas, interpreting sales reports, and maintaining professional customer relationships in an office setting.
