Serve as the on-property sales lead for two hotels, proactively soliciting and closing complex, high-value accounts and events to meet revenue goals. Manage forecasting, contracts, upselling, client relationships, and on-site customer satisfaction. Support Director of Sales, participate in revenue management, and use hotel systems (e.g., Delphi) to track leads and event details.

Lead and govern the company-wide Rope Access Program: ensure compliance with SPRAT/IRATA/OSHA/client requirements, approve methods and rescue plans, conduct audits and field assessments, support bidding and project setup, manage certifications and equipment, mentor supervisors, investigate incidents, and oversee subcontracted rope access providers to maintain safety and continuous improvement.

Drive contractor business and branch sales through customer-facing service, expert product knowledge, account management, sample support, merchandising, and partnership with branch management to meet sales goals.

Drive market growth by partnering with independent distributor partners and retailers to execute sales plans, improve distribution and merchandising, resolve service issues, recruit IDPs, use data to identify opportunities, and support launches and store execution.
