Drive market growth by partnering with independent distributor partners and retailers to execute sales plans, improve distribution and merchandising, resolve service issues, recruit IDPs, use data to identify opportunities, and support launches and store execution.

Provide friendly, pet-focused customer service, assist with product selection, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, care for in-store animals, restock merchandise, lift up to 55 lbs, and support store management to meet sales goals.

Provide remote phone-based technical support for HungerRush POS systems, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, Windows, software, networking, and POS issues. Manage high-volume inbound cases, document ticket activity, escalate when needed, maintain shift availability, follow SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize restaurant downtime and optimize customer satisfaction.

Supervise and coordinate outside/event parking operations, traffic control, signage, cashier vaults and cash handling. Manage staffing, equipment, permits, vendor/subcontractor coordination, inventories and financial reconciliations. Liaise with police and event management, enforce policies, operate vehicles and heavy equipment, and work irregular hours including nights and weekends.

Review structural design inputs, define scope, produce detailed grating fabrication drawings, perform 2D/3D modeling and drafting, coordinate with sales/customers, manage RFIs, change orders and project schedules, ensure deliverables meet codes (AISC, NISD) and resolve issues across teams. Occasional short-term travel.

Participate in an eight-week rotational training across Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, then transition to a supervisory Operations Manager role overseeing daily operations, fleet and revenue optimization, customer satisfaction, and employee management. On-site role requiring flexible hours and a valid driver’s license.
