As a Lead Designer, you'll own the design for product interfaces and brand identity, creating visuals for various platforms while improving user experience and conversion rates.

Own Limble's web marketing strategy and Webflow platform, driving technical SEO, LLM/AI-search visibility, UX/design standards, developer collaboration, performance reporting, migrations, and integrations to improve site speed, conversions, and pipeline contribution.

Design, deploy, and maintain HPC and MLOps infrastructure across cloud and on-prem clusters. Manage schedulers (Slurm/PBS), optimize MPI/CUDA stacks, storage and networking, automate deployments with Python/Bash, instrument systems, and enable AI training/inference pipelines while collaborating with product and support teams.

Lead financial performance, retention, and growth for assigned enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships, drive expansion and stabilization strategies, run QBRs/ABRs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and maintain account records in Salesforce to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Design and implement realistic cloud infrastructure reinforcement-learning environments to evaluate AI models. Create reproducible scenarios covering distributed systems, networking, IAM, queues, durable storage, observability, rolling deployments, and disaster recovery. Build deterministic validation tests, golden reference solutions, and defective variants; document architectures and collaborate with technical leads. Apply DevOps and infrastructure automation for scalable, secure solutions.

Lead end-to-end client AI transformation engagements: discover and frame executive problems, design and build production-credible PoAs (data pipelines, integrations, LLM/RAG apps) within 2–3 weeks, present to executives, hand off to delivery, mentor junior FDEs, and convert PoAs into full engagements.

Lead development and execution of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction. Analyze data, manage inventory, transportation, and warehousing, collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing, communicate with external partners, and oversee budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
