Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, confidentiality, and advanced Microsoft Office and Teams skills.

Requires at least two years of housing, administrative, or business experience, a high school diploma, leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel may reach 50%.

Recruit prospective online and international students through phone, email, and text; manage admissions pipelines, review applications, meet enrollment goals, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with campus partners to support students from inquiry through enrollment. Represent the college at recruiting events and provide guidance on admission and visa-related requirements.
