Lead tax information reporting and withholding compliance across domestic and international frameworks, including FATCA, CRS, CARF, DAC7, and U.S. tax rules. Advise product teams on digital asset reporting, oversee tax documentation, withholding, remittance, and annual filings, and partner with technology and operations teams on automated workflows. Lead audits, risk remediation, policy updates, regulatory monitoring, and business requirements development for tax systems.

The Staff Credit Policy Analyst leads the development and governance of credit policies for home loans, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Supports members and customers with brokerage, robo-advisor, and retirement investment services through phone, chat, and email. Educates clients on equities, margin, options, account opening, funding, transactions, and investment performance. Resolves operational and technical issues, monitors accounts, assesses financial goals, and collaborates with management and product teams to improve processes and platforms. Requires FINRA securities licensing, financial services experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Review and underwrite home equity and mortgage loan applications by analyzing credit, income, appraisals, title reports, collateral, and supporting documentation. Make accurate credit decisions within Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, investor, and company guidelines; clear conditions, identify fraud indicators, ensure compliance, and communicate with processors and loan originators to maintain file quality and closing timelines.

Serve as a strategic finance partner for a subscription business by leading forecasting, monitoring KPIs, building cohort and unit economics models, evaluating investments, and providing actionable insights. Collaborate with business leaders, Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations, and Accounting on financial decisions, revenue recognition, process improvements, scalability, and automation. Present recommendations to decision-makers while supporting an inclusive, collaborative Finance culture.

Support Global Operations through forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, budget-versus-actuals analysis, KPI monitoring, financial guidance, and investment trade-off evaluation. Partner with Operations, FP&A, Data, Accounting, and business leaders to assess volumes, revenue, variable profit, staffing capacity, and expenses, while preparing performance materials and actionable insights for management decisions.

Manage and validate payroll tax calculations, filings, and payments; interpret multi-state payroll tax laws; support audits and SOX compliance; produce tax reports; handle escalated payroll inquiries; maintain documentation, controls, vendor relationships, and lead payroll-related projects and year-end tax processing.

Senior second-line risk leader providing independent oversight of Invest business risks (operational, fraud, third-party, technology, product, credit, model). Advise senior leaders, present to governance forums, drive risk identification, remediation, control enhancements, post-launch reviews, and benchmarking against peers.
