Own hotel-partner collections and credit control, resolve payment queries, validate commissions against contracts, and improve invoicing and collections processes. Build tracking and reporting mechanisms, document scalable workflows, create cross-functional feedback loops, and deliver revenue recovery improvements. The role partners with finance, business operations, partnerships, leadership, and international hotel partners across multiple countries.

Lead underwriting and credit operations for Europe, making delegated credit decisions, monitoring portfolio performance, evolving policies and approval frameworks, improving workflows and automation, partnering with Sales/Customer teams and tech partners, and using analytics to identify and mitigate emerging risks while enabling commercial growth.

Support domestic and international cash management, bank account maintenance, treasury back-office activities, FX exposure monitoring, cash forecasting, investment oversight, SOX and FBAR compliance, Trovata management, and cross-functional treasury controls and reporting.

Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to manage R&D operating expenses, prepare recurring reports and variance analyses, build financial models, support forecasting and workforce planning, drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic finance decisions.

Support global cash management, bank account administration, payments, FX exposure and hedging, investment portfolio oversight, SOX and FBAR compliance, audit support, and treasury reporting (Trovata). Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external banks to maintain liquidity, controls, and accurate treasury records.

Manage the launch and implementation of Navan Expense, ensuring client satisfaction and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Manage revenue accounting for Meetings & Events, ensuring ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance. Perform contract reviews, prepare revenue schedules and disclosures, own journal entries and reconciliations, support SOX controls and external/internal audits, drive process improvements and automations, and provide revenue reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
