Maintain and update contract pricing and customer eligibility, manage high-volume chargeback lines, resolve pricing/data discrepancies, collaborate with manufacturers/GPOs/internal teams, analyze data with Excel/other tools, and support process improvements and cross-training.

Work with the CEO on financial strategy, build and own detailed company- and site-level financial models, support equity and debt fundraising, prepare investor materials and manage diligence, analyze new market entry and transactions, track performance metrics and build dashboards, and provide cross-functional financial guidance.

The Associate Director manages budget governance, forecasting, financial risk, and process optimization for clinical studies, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with standards.

Prepare external financial reports and SEC filings, support quarterly reviews and annual audits, manage month-end close tasks, reconciliations, journal entries, SOX 404 compliance, equity accounting, and finance system/process projects.

Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolio to resolve claims, reduce AR days, meet cash collection goals, drive private-pay collections, analyze denials, file appeals, liaise across teams, monitor payer/regulatory changes, produce AR dashboards, and identify automation and workflow improvements.

Manage payments and payroll data entry, ensuring invoices are processed timely and accurately. Handle vendor inquiries and maintain records.

The Billing Analyst will manage invoicing processes, oversee invoice creation, validate data accuracy, and analyze contracts to support business growth. They will collaborate with various departments to improve performance and financial reporting, requiring strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting.
