The Senior Accountant I will support accounting operations, manage fixed assets, ensure compliance, and optimize financial processes across multiple countries.

Serve as a financial business partner delivering complex financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning. Develop and maintain analytical tools, ensure data quality, support physician compensation analysis, guide operating budget, liaise with operational leaders, lead projects and mentor team members, and implement analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Power Automate, Oracle NetSuite, EPIC, Vizient).

Manage end-to-end chargeback account operations for wholesalers, distributors, and vendors. Validate and reconcile chargeback transactions against sales and systems, resolve discrepancies, identify trends, reduce financial and compliance risk, coordinate cross-functionally, support product lifecycle events, and drive system/process improvements (including AI applications) to ensure accurate, timely payments and reporting.

Support monthly project accounting and client financial management: set up projects, update trackers, reconcile GL accounts, prepare invoicing and accruals, investigate hours/expenses, assist month-end close, and provide audit support.

Provide strategic financial analysis and decision support for Markets and ICCE/functional areas. Prepare financial models, ROI analyses, dashboards, and reports; resolve complex financial issues; support performance improvement and financial strategy; lead analyses and collaborate with system finance teams to produce actionable recommendations.

Support accurate, timely processing and analysis of customer rebates and chargebacks. Retrieve and analyze external data, interpret contract terms, resolve disputes, produce financial reporting and forecasts, and lead technical/process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.

Manage accounts payable by entering and coding invoices, reconciling statements, facilitating vendor payments, maintaining records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting accounting team processes.

Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations, perform variance analysis, assist ERP implementation, support auditors, implement process improvements and automations, prepare tax and license filings, maintain internal controls, and collaborate on cross-functional finance projects.
