Lead and own Syllo's QA strategy, build scalable automated testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD, and drive quality across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Champion QA processes, measure and improve release standards, reproduce and validate complex customer issues, and leverage AI/LLM tools to modernize test generation, failure analysis, and automation to increase release confidence and reduce manual testing.

Lead strategic account management for Numerator's CPG customers, develop client relationships, and drive business growth through marketing insights and solutions.

Manage and administer the Business Development tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Power BI, Kalibrate), ensure data integrity and lead routing, handle vendor contracts and renewals, produce executive pipeline and market intelligence reports, support BD managers with research and meeting materials, and execute marketing campaigns to build employer-sponsored solutions awareness.

Design and supervise technical architectures for intelligent agents and LLMs, implement MCP and A2A multi-agent flows, integrate vector stores and RAG, collaborate with MLOps for continuous deployment, memory and context management, and work with product, UX, data, and backend teams to align solutions with business needs.

Manage a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts, act as primary customer contact, create and execute success plans, drive product adoption and ROI storytelling, collaborate cross-functionally on rollouts and upsells, use AI-assisted tools to scale account work, and continuously improve customer experience and NPS.

Lead and coach a Tier 2 support team to ensure timely case resolution, manage daily support operations and incident response, author RCAs, partner with Product and Engineering on escalations, maintain playbooks and knowledge base, track support metrics, and drive continuous improvement and compliance.
