Lead design vision and execute end-to-end product design for Flex's most complex consumer initiatives. Produce high-fidelity prototypes, drive design systems and craft standards, influence product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor designers, and use AI and front-end fluency to improve workflows and product quality.

Short-term (2-3 month) remote role supporting transactional cloud email and marketing automation workflows. Build SQL-driven automations, design complex journeys, configure API-triggered campaigns, create data extensions for segmentation/personalization, perform end-to-end email QA (mobile/dark mode), proofread copy, and manage timelines while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Provide end-to-end workers' compensation claims handling under initial supervision: investigate, evaluate, document, and resolve claims; communicate with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and stakeholders; control costs and reserves; ensure state law compliance; collaborate with legal, medical, and risk teams; maintain claims management system records.

Provide executive support (inbox triage, calendar management, meeting prep, travel logistics) while coordinating CMS publishing, content workflows, design liaison, project trackers, and client communications. Maintain content calendars, perform light editing/proofreading, compile analytics snapshots, and ensure timely delivery across editorial and client campaigns.

Test new web and mobile features, report bugs and usability issues, run manual and automated tests, review requirements and designs, improve QA processes and documentation, and provide UI/UX feedback while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Solve complex healthcare business problems using internal and external data. Maintain and modernize ancillary provider DataMart in Databricks, extract and analyze claims and membership data, develop insights and automated tools to model financial impacts, and partner cross-functionally with provider contracting and senior leadership to drive strategy.

Lead strategy and execution for corporate payments products, owning roadmap, P&L, and go-to-market. Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, sales, and partners to deliver scalable payment solutions, drive adoption and revenue growth, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Review and approve high-volume marketing and investor-facing content for SEC Marketing Rule compliance; conduct vendor due diligence and AI governance oversight; support books-and-records, testing, monitoring, and compliance program documentation; partner with stakeholders on training, disclosures, and remediation; manage compliance-related vendor relationships and projects.

Design, build, and maintain secure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud). Create constituent portals, implement automations and integrations with legacy federal systems, support CI/CD/DevSecOps, participate in reviews and UAT, and collaborate with architects and BAs to meet federal compliance and mission requirements.

Manage a portfolio of customers using Reunion PWA to ensure prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance. Deliver audited reports, build scalable data collection processes, lead onboarding and training, represent customer needs to product and engineering, and drive adoption, retention, and growth through technical guidance and compliance expertise.
