Serves as a strategic HR advisor to assigned hospital-system client groups. Provides guidance on talent management, employee relations, labor relations, employment laws, union agreements, and HR policies. The specialist also supports data integrity and security, performs data extracts, diagnoses hardware and software problems, and develops subject-matter expertise across ERP modules and interfaces.

Negotiates carrier rates to meet load, revenue, and margin goals; builds and manages carrier relationships; tenders and tracks freight through Carrier360; monitors pickups and deliveries; verifies carrier authenticity; communicates service failures; and supports efficient, safe transportation execution while adapting to shifting priorities and market conditions.
