This role in GenScript involves supporting marketing strategies and product management, collaborating across teams and industries within biotechnology, while managing global product launches and market performance.

Lead development and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales solutions, build forms, workflows, plug-ins, integrations, and reusable code. Drive DevOps practices, perform code reviews, lead design/POC efforts, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and QA, support deployments and production troubleshooting.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product teams: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding. Build proactive pipelines, run intake meetings, partner with hiring managers on scorecards and interview loops, improve hiring processes and metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while driving hiring velocity.

The Solutions Architect collaborates with sales to design and estimate complex electronic and physical security systems for large-scale projects. Responsibilities include managing the design lifecycle, creating design packages, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with security standards and customer requirements.

Sell Nextech to physician practices (typically 3+ doctors) by prospecting, demonstrating software, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, transitioning clients to account managers, mentoring sales staff, and using Salesforce to track leads and forecast. Meet quotas and KPIs, support implementations and go-live, and travel within the territory (up to 50%).
