Own healthcare analytics data methodology, including episode grouping, provider attribution, cost standardization, quality measures, reference data, pipelines, QA, and production delivery. Translate feature requests into specifications and validated analytics. Build self-service dashboards, develop dbt models, document analytics assets, prioritize high-impact requests, and use LLM tools to accelerate SQL, reporting, and data-model development.

Manage pricing infrastructure and strategy, maintain price books, evaluate EBITDA impact, and lead commercial integration for acquisitions and Greenfield operations. Deliver P&L variance, price mix, financial risk, and productivity analyses supporting margin improvement and Capex decisions. Partner with Operations, IT, and the AI Steering Committee on commercial systems, responsible AI governance, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. Regular travel to branches and regional operations, including overnight stays, is required.

Build and maintain Snowflake and dbt data platforms, including ELT pipelines, tested models, orchestration, monitoring, documentation, access controls, and governance. Optimize performance and costs while ensuring reliable, discoverable data for internal dashboards, client products, and AI/ML use cases. Translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into durable solutions and apply strong software engineering practices, including Git, CI/CD, code review, Python, testing, and alerting.

Manage enterprise customer relationships to drive product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver customized training, webinars, and enablement programs; identify and mitigate churn risks; use customer success metrics and analytics to manage account health; influence executive stakeholders; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Support teams.
