The Client Success Manager will manage client campaigns, optimize performance, analyze data, build relationships, and drive retention for long-term growth.

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO by managing complex calendars, access, domestic and international travel, briefings, meeting materials, stakeholder relationships, board presentations, executive communications, and personal logistics. Own and scale cross-functional revenue operations across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance in a B2B SaaS environment. The role improves GTM processes, systems, data governance, forecasting, pipeline management, lifecycle handoffs, renewals, expansion, and quote-to-cash workflows. Responsibilities include optimizing Salesforce and HubSpot processes, defining metrics, strengthening data quality, leading complex initiatives, managing change, and driving adoption of scalable automation and workflows.

Own and scale the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations), build AI-powered automations and data pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and partner cross-functionally to optimize revenue processes and operational efficiency.

Lead Vertex’s global Oracle partnership strategy and execution, including executive relationship management, joint business planning, solution integrations, co-selling, partner enablement, commercial alignment, and go-to-market initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional product, sales, marketing, solutions, customer success, and legal teams. Monitor pipeline, revenue, adoption, and strategic performance while managing risks and corrective actions. Lead a matrixed partnership team and serve as the executive spokesperson for the Oracle relationship.

Leads a regional Customer Success organization responsible for adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, expansion readiness, customer health, and executive engagement. Partners with Sales, Services, Support, Product, and executive teams to execute account strategies and mitigate risk. Drives AI-enabled customer success practices using predictive analytics, usage insights, automation, and digital tools. Serve as final escalation for complex, visible client technical issues; provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, databases, APIs, Java, Linux, and networking. Liaise with customers and internal teams during implementations, mentor junior staff, maintain shared environments, create knowledge-base documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead consolidated cash forecasting, budgeting, and project-level financial analysis. Produce lender/sponsor reporting and covenant forecasts, support financings and asset transactions, migrate reporting into ERP/planning tools, automate recurring processes, and document critical models for handoff.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, bank reconciliations, AP processing, customer invoicing support, and audit schedules in a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment. Drive timely month-end close, resolve exceptions, maintain vendor records, support collections, and contribute to systems and process improvements.
