Lead pre-sales technical discovery, design and run proof-of-value engagements, deliver demos and architectures across cloud, on-prem, IoT, and embedded environments; address security/compliance (FIPS, CNSA, PQC), respond to RFPs/RFIs, and ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success.

Lead preparation and filing of Form 10-Q/10-K and other SEC reports, manage XBRL tagging, oversee stock-based compensation (ASC 718), perform monthly journal entries and reconciliations (G&A accruals, cash & investments, fixed assets, leases), support SOX compliance, develop policies, and collaborate with legal/IR and cross-functional teams to streamline controls and reporting.

The Communications Manager will handle media relations, write press materials, manage press inquiries, and coordinate across teams to enhance MoonPay's brand visibility.

Lead and manage complex environmental investigation and remediation projects (Act 2, RCRA, CERCLA), negotiate scope/budgets, oversee technical deliverables, interact with regulators, mentor staff, drive business development, and ensure safety and compliance.
