Provide front-line retail banking services including opening new accounts, assisting with debit cards and digital banking, processing transactions, and serving as backup teller. Deliver attentive customer service, recommend financial products, follow banking regulations, and escalate complex issues to higher-level staff.

Entry-level branch role handling ~80% transactional and 20% servicing duties: process deposits/withdrawals, cash checks, balance drawers, detect fraud, provide customer service, identify needs, promote bank products and digital tools, and refer cross-sell opportunities.

Handle inbound and outbound phone sales, provide financial education, evaluate clients' debt situations, recommend debt consolidation solutions, close sales, and build relationships with financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for clients.

Provide administrative and receptionist support to a regional office: prepare and file documents, schedule meetings, handle communications, assist recruiting and onboarding, submit expense reports, support fraternal processes, and act as a liaison with home office to ensure smooth daily operations.
