As a Software Engineer, you'll develop the onboarding workflow, manage document validation, and enhance user experience across the full stack, focusing on worker activation.

Provides administrative, operational, and financial support for the Department of Athletics. Manages student‑athlete intake and eligibility, coordinates events, scheduling, transportation, and facility usage, handles purchasing and budget tracking, maintains records in Office 365/DocuWare, and serves as primary point of contact for coaches, students, vendors, and partners.

Provide on-site technical support for K-12 districts using the Synergy Education Platform: analyze support requests, troubleshoot and resolve software issues, close tickets to quality standards, and ensure user satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.

Evaluate and post transfer credit for domestic and international students, maintain equivalency rules in the SIS/Transferology, consult with faculty and departments, assist with articulation agreements, and support transfer admissions events and student inquiries.

Provide taxpayer assistance and enforce state tax laws by researching accounts, determining liabilities, arranging payment plans, conducting field visits, answering technical tax questions, and using legal remedies to secure compliance. Work involves phone communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and independent casework with some regional travel and on-the-job training.

Provide clerical and instructional support for Adult Education & Literacy: organize materials, track inventory, proctor assessments, maintain records and certifications, assist student retention efforts, attend trainings, and record hours in the electronic timecard system. Part-time up to 19 hours/week.

Teach core law courses (e.g., Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Criminal Law, Evidence, Torts, Property, Wills & Trusts), supervise clinics (Appellate Advocacy, Tax), and engage in scholarship and research, with demonstrated or potential classroom effectiveness.
