Temporary in-office mail room assistant responsible for sorting/distributing mail and packages, processing outgoing shipments, operating FedEx/shipping systems, preparing fulfillment and marketing mailings, restocking supplies, and maintaining mail room organization. Perform outbound collections for institutional and private loans, cash payment plans, and past-due inactive student accounts. Make 80–100 outbound contacts daily, perform skip tracing, coordinate with loan servicers and collection agencies, ensure regulatory compliance (HEOA, Reg Z, CFPB), assist with reporting and data collection, and support training of collection staff.

Support data entry, cleaning, QA, and reporting across Salesforce, PowerSchool, and Google Sheets. Maintain Tableau reports, assist with assessments and event logistics, and provide on-site support to schools to enable data-driven decisions for students and alumni.

The Jr. Animation Specialist will implement animation curriculum, guide students in projects, manage studios, and mentor budding animators.
