Design, develop, and maintain CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Build front-end solutions using JavaScript, React, and PowerApps and back-end services using .NET, C#, and Web APIs. Partner with architects and QA to deliver secure, scalable solutions, support mission-critical HRO IT initiatives, and handle special projects to ensure system reliability and timely delivery.

Monitor off-site inspections and verify fabrication of structural steel and prestressed/precast concrete bridge components. Oversee inspection agencies, review shop and design drawings, weld procedure specifications, fabrication/repair procedures, and NDT results. Ensure compliance with AWS, NYSSCM, NYSPCCM, ASME, and ASTM standards. Perform engineering reviews, quality assurance tasks, and project management. Travel to fabrication plants in the US and Canada may be required.

Serve as Geometric Design Engineer in the In-House Design CADD/Highway Engineering section. Perform complex CADD geometric design for bridges, approaches, drainage, and pavement per NYCDOT/NYSDOT/FHWA standards. Assist Engineer-in-Charge on technically complex projects, prepare geometric standards, contract bid documents, conduct reviews and QA, and advise/train subordinate personnel.

Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests across web, mobile, and API products. Create test plans, document reproducible defects, build and maintain automated UI/API tests, validate fixes, maintain test environments and documentation, and communicate quality risks to stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs and data models; integrate third-party systems; improve performance, security and reliability; write tests and documentation; monitor production, resolve incidents, review code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Build responsive, accessible web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework. Create reusable UI components, integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, improve performance and cross-browser support, write tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with design, backend, QA, and product teams.

Assist Design Engineer with lab testing, CAD modeling, 2D drawings, 3D printing, and test report writing. Interface with internal and external team members, manage time to meet deadlines, and gain exposure to design, manufacturing, and commercialization processes. Must be available Summer 2026 and through the 2026/2027 academic year.

Support and manage moderately complex manufacturing projects including design, procurement, installation, maintenance, and product/process improvements. Develop scope, budgets and schedules; identify risks; communicate status to stakeholders; troubleshoot production equipment and processes to maximize quality and generate cost savings.

The Safety Engineering Intern will assist with hazardous energy training, review energy sources, create documentation, and develop training materials.
