Supports SaaS platforms (Atlassian, Tableau), drives modernization (Nutanix, IaC, automation), performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident response.

Build and refactor full-stack features, improve scalability, reliability, CI/CD, and observability, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams while mentoring peers and driving engineering best practices.

Lead supplier quality activities including supplier audits, qualification, nonconformity management, and corrective actions. Use APQP/PPAP, FAI, SPC, and continuous improvement tools (8D, RCA, 5 Whys) to drive supplier performance and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF/AS standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
