Manage core services (DNS, DHCP, AD, IPAM), monitoring (Solarwinds, NetFlow, Cisco Prime), VPN/MPLS WAN, VoIP (Avaya/Cisco), load balancers (Cisco CSS/CSM, F5 LTM) and firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint). Provide 24x7 on-call support, packet-level troubleshooting and equipment installs, support video collaboration, IVR/call center integration, and supplier/site builds.
